Job Profile: Senior Human Resources Recruiter – tennerr
The Senior Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts at tennerr. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and identifying and hiring top talent for the organization. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s overall business goals and objectives
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand their staffing needs and identify top talent
- Utilize various recruiting tools and resources, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract candidates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure tennerr stays competitive in the marketplace
- Proven experience as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter or similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience using recruitment tools and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
